Travel to MHS Campus

Traveling by car is the easiest form of transportation to Milton Hershey School for most families. Public transportation to our campus is limited. Families can travel by train or bus to Harrisburg , and then take a taxi to the campus. Taxi fares average about $25 from Harrisburg.

At vacation time, the School makes arrangements with the bus and train transportation terminals in Harrisburg . Transportation costs are paid by the family.

Prior to traveling to the School, families should call the School to find out what, if any, transportation arrangements are available. Arrangements from Harrisburg will be made, upon request, for those parents/sponsors who have been requested by the School to come to our campus for a meeting or conference concerning their children.
