Alumni Awards

The Alumnus of the Year and Alumni Achievement Award Committees need your assistance in identifying alumni who are deserving of these awards. The Award Committees will accept nominations throughout the year and encourage alumni and friends to nominate themselves or classmates for these prestigious awards.

To nominate an alumnus for an award, you have the following three options:

• Complete and submit a nomination form - nomination forms can be
  requested by calling the Alumni Relations & Programs Office at (888) MHS-ALUM [(888) 647-2586]
• Complete the on-line nomination form (click here to fill out the form)
• E-mail information about the alumnus you are nominating directly to
  Doreen Garman, Alumni Relations & Programs Coordinator, at garmand@mhs-pa.org.

Be sure to include your name and contact information.
